Quoting a machined part comes down to a handful of numbers: what an hour on the machine actually costs, how much material goes into the billet, and how setup and programming spread across the quantity you are asked for. These three calculators cover those numbers individually.

Where each one fits
Start with the machine hourly rate if you have never put a number on your own capacity. It splits annual standing costs from the costs that only run while the spindle turns, divides by normal productive hours, and adds your margin. That output is the rate the other calculators expect.
Use the part cost calculator once you have a rate. It is the one that shows why a quantity of one and a quantity of a hundred are not the same part: setup and CAM programming are batch costs, so they amortise, while material and cycle time do not.
Use the material weight calculator whenever the stock is the argument. It converts block, bar or tube dimensions into mass using nominal alloy densities, then into a material cost and a chip mass at whatever removal rate you expect.
What they deliberately do not do
These are planning models, not a quoting system. They take numbers you type; they do not read your geometry, they do not know your machine list, and they do not remember anything between visits. They exclude VAT and other taxes, and they make no commercial recommendation about what margin you should charge.
